CANTINE DI MARZO - Irpinia Aglianico - DOC is produced from select grapes fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Temperature-controlled maceration on the skins creates a wine with intense color and soft tannins. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in barriques for approximately six months, imparting a fruity flavor and a bright ruby color. Ideal as an accompaniment to red meat dishes.
