FATTORIA DEZI - “Regina del Bosco” Montepulciano, Marche Rosso - IGT features an intense ruby ​​red color, enriched with garnet highlights in more mature vintages. On the nose, it releases elegant and complex aromas of sour cherry, red currant, wild rose, and juniper, with delicate spicy notes of vanilla, green pepper, and nutmeg, accompanied by a light smokiness. On the palate, it offers a full body, smooth and evolved tannins, a solid structure, and a lingering, spicy finish, supported by a pleasant freshness. Perfect with braised meats, game, robust Marche dishes, aged cheeses, and dark chocolate. Serve at 18–20°C.
