On the palate, it is creamy, medium-to-full bodied, with a vibrant freshness and a savory structure, leaving a lingering finish of yeast, dried fruit, and yellow fruit. Best served at 8–10°C, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, raw seafood, foie gras, aged cheeses, and delicate fish dishes.
