FORCHIR Cabernet Sauvignon DOC is an intense ruby red with purple highlights, bright and youthful. On the nose, it offers a fruity and direct aroma, with notes of berries, blackcurrant, and blackberry, complemented by aromatic herbs and black pepper, with a light, well-integrated vegetal note typical of Cabernet. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and soft, with tannins present but smooth, never aggressive. The wine displays an excellent balance between fruit, acidity, and structure, with a dry, clean finish enriched by fruity sensations and light spicy notes. Perfect with pasta dishes with sauce, grilled meats, burgers, platters, pizza, semi-mature cheeses, and grilled vegetables.
