DELTETTO presents its “570 m Blanc de Noirs" Alta Langa Riserva - DOCG, an elegant and complex wine. Thanks to vinification in oak barriques and maturation on its lees in the bottle for at least 42 months, this Pinot Noir offers a straw yellow color, a fine and persistent perlage, and aromas of bread crust and buttery brioche. With great longevity and a very long finish, it is perfect with red meats, grilled fish, and semi-fat hard cheeses. Serve it at 6°C to fully appreciate its characteristics.
