DELTETTO's Roero Riserva "Braja" DOCG BIO is the result of the powerful elegance of Nebbiolo, grown in the splendid location of Santo Stefano Roero. Thanks to the sandy soils, the Nebbiolo grapes macerate for 30 days and then age for 24 months in oak barrels and barriques.
